Agree the target market, the people who are most likely to buy the property: Family configuration plus emotional needs.
Design all communications to appeal to this market: How the house is photographed and the wording of the advertising.
SELLING
Buyers who respond to advertising are qualified to match needs and budget. If they match with the property, then we arrange a viewing appointment.
Based on this simple process we usually sell properties we list, for the ‘best price’ or close to it, within the first two weeks.
